Typical CrossFit.

Capped Classes

Sessions cap at 16. Most CrossFit boxes pack 25-40 into a class. Our coach-to-athlete ratio means real coaching, not crowd control.

Programmed

Not random WODs pulled from the main site. Our programming is structured for progression. Strength cycles, accessory work, conditioning blocks.

Scaled Properly

Movements are scaled to your level. We don't believe in throwing beginners into ring muscle ups. Foundation first, then progression.

Coach-Led

Coaches are on the floor watching technique, correcting movement, progressing you. Not just calling time and writing scores on a whiteboard.

No. We were CrossFit-affiliated from 2008 until we transitioned to independent strength and conditioning. We kept the elements that work and developed our own programming.
We don't formally compete in the Open as an affiliate, but many members enjoy doing the Open workouts during that time of year. We support members who want to compete in HYROX, masters comps, etc.
Capped classes (max 16), qualified S&C coaches (Cert IV minimum), structured programming (not random WODs), and 15+ years of refining what works. Quality over quantity.
Yes. Both are part of our training. We teach them properly with structured progressions. Beginners aren't thrown into things they aren't ready for.
It's the same thing. Our group coaching is the evolved version of the CrossFit-style training we started with. Same coaches, same facility, same programming.
