We coach a small number of hybrid clients at a time so each gets the attention and quality they're paying for. Application keeps it sustainable.
Pricing is discussed on the strategy call. It's a meaningful investment because we deliver a meaningful service. Most clients see it pay back through better focus, energy, and performance in the rest of their life.
Hybrid is built for travel. Programs adjust based on equipment access (hotel gym, no gym, full gym). Nutrition strategy works for restaurants, hotels, and home.
PT is a session. Hybrid is a system. Hybrid covers training, nutrition, habits, accountability, and gym access. PT just covers the in-person hour.
No. The online side works anywhere. The in-gym access is a bonus when you're in Sydney. Many clients are interstate or international.
Three months minimum. Real change takes time. We won't take on clients who aren't committed to giving the system a fair chance.
