Strategy Call

Free 30-minute call. We go through your goals, current eating patterns, lifestyle, schedule, and what hasn't worked before.

The Audit

We do a full audit of your current intake, behaviours, and goals. Then build the framework specific to your life.

Weekly Coaching

Weekly check-ins to review progress, adjust the plan, and answer questions. Ongoing support as you build the habits.

No. Nutrition coaching is a standalone service. You can train wherever you want or not at all. We just handle the food side.
Hybrid coaching covers training, nutrition, habits, and accountability as one system. Nutrition coaching covers just the nutrition piece. We'll talk through which makes sense for you on the strategy call.
We don't do prescriptive meal plans. They look great on paper, nobody follows them. We build flexible frameworks that work with the food you actually eat.
Three months minimum. Real nutrition change takes time. We won't take on clients who aren't committed to giving the system a fair chance.
Pricing is discussed on the strategy call so we can match the right approach to your situation. It's a meaningful investment because we deliver a meaningful service.
No. We work with healthy adults who want to optimise their nutrition. If you have a diagnosed eating disorder or medical condition that requires clinical nutrition support, you need a dietitian, not us. We're happy to refer.
