HYROX is its own discipline. You need run conditioning, strength endurance, and station-specific work. Mixed in the right ratios. At the right intensities.

Random WOD-style training won't get you there. Pure running won't either.

02 / What We Train

The Four Pillars
Of HYROX.

HYROX has eight stations and eight 1km runs. Four physical qualities determine how fast you finish. We train all four.

Run Conditioning

8km of running broken into 1km segments. Pace control under fatigue. We build aerobic capacity and lactate threshold so you keep moving.

Strength Endurance

100m sled push, 100m sled pull, 80m farmers carry, 100 wall balls. Strength under fatigue. Train the specific weights, build the work capacity.

Station Skill

Skierg, rower, burpee broad jump, lunges, wall balls. Each station has technique. We drill it so it's efficient on race day.

Recovery & Race Prep

Tapering. Race-week strategy. Pacing plans. Pre-race nutrition. The non-training stuff that makes or breaks your time.

How To Start
Your Prep.

Race prep length depends on your fitness now and how far out the race is. We work backwards from the race date.

Strategy Call

Free call. Tell us your race date, current fitness, and goal time. We'll map the prep.

02

Build Phase

8-12 weeks of base building. Strength endurance, aerobic conditioning, station skill.

03

Race Block

4-6 weeks of HYROX-specific work. Race simulations, pacing practice, taper.

Depends on your starting point. A reasonably fit person needs 8-12 weeks. A complete beginner needs 4-6 months. We assess on the strategy call.
Yes. Many HYROX athletes do group coaching for the strength work and add specific HYROX prep on top.
We have the key equipment: skierg, rower, sleds, wall balls. We replicate the stations with the correct weights and movements.
Yes, dedicated HYROX prep is structured separately. Often combined with PT or hybrid coaching for race preparation. We discuss the right structure on the strategy call.
Yes, through our hybrid coaching. Custom HYROX programming you can run anywhere, with weekly check-ins.
